zWatchtower is an open-source watchdog for Sapling. Every 15 minutes it checks Sapling against the chain: shielded Zcash payouts and the float behind them, every holder-reward run, the vault program's keys and upgrades, each Raydium coin's tax, and every flywheel buy-and-burn. Public data only: no viewing keys, no user addresses. When something doesn't add up, it raises an alert. It caught Sapling's 10th and 11th program upgrades on 31 Oct, 17 and 4 minutes after each landed. This coin's 1% goes to the Zcash Foundation, permanently. zWatchtower is not affiliated with Sapling, and its alerts are never held back or softened for the coin.
