How Sapling works

sapling is the first zcash-native launchpad & terminal. you launch coins, trade them and cash out, all from your zcash wallet. here's how it works, start to finish.

you start with ZEC

connect Noir in your browser, or paste your Zodl address. that's it. no Phantom, no Solflare, nothing to buy first but ZEC.

your first buy makes your sapling account, and your passkey is the only key to it. no seed phrase, no app to install.

buying and selling

you pay from your zcash wallet. the ZEC moves into your account through NEAR Intents and the buy runs there. it lands in 5 to 10 minutes, because zcash needs a few confirmations.

selling is one tap with your passkey. the ZEC is back in your zcash wallet in about 2 minutes.

launching a coin

name, ticker, image, pair, pay in ZEC. you launch across solana and robinhood chain, and the pairs open now are ZEC, hSOL, $SAPLING, CYPH, XMR, NEAR and 36 tokenized stocks.

on a ZEC coin, if you don't want anyone to know it was you, tick shielded launch. it pays from your shielded balance into a fresh account made only for that coin.

you pick where your share of every trade goes: to you, to your holders, or to the zcash foundation.

why holders get paid

because you can send your share of every trade to them, and the launch page starts there. it's paid in ZEC, or in a basket of up to 10 tokens you pick at launch. nothing to stake, nothing to claim. holders get paid while the coin trades, and that's a reason to hold it.

where the fee goes

raydium launchlab coins pay sapling 2.00% of every trade in ZEC, 0.50% each to burning $SAPLING, the $SAPLING/ZEC pool, the flywheel and the treasury. the deployer adds their own share on top, from none to 3%. older coins pay 2.00%, split on chain between liquidity, the $SAPLING burn, the deployer and sapling.

so far that's $640.6K (501.87 ZEC) in fees, $222.0K (173.72 ZEC) paid to holders and 225.58M $SAPLING burned.

why zcash

the privacy is already on zcash. the traders are everywhere else. sapling is the road between them, and you never leave your zcash wallet to use it.
